Boiler settings

Hi hope someone could advise.
Have just moved into a house with a Boilermate SP A-Class and 2 Danfoss TP5000 fitted 1 for each floor. The system is providing Hot Water and Central Heating but not responding to the Timer/Thermostats. I'm not sure where the Rocker Switches/Slide Switch inside the clock on the boiler should be for this set up?
Could someone please advise?

I do have both manuals, the Danfoss manual refers to the On/Off Time and Temperature setting of their units and the Gledhill refers to the setting of the "On Board" clock. I cannot see any reference to the Boiler settings when using external Timers and Thermostats.

The timer on the Gledhill has to be in the permanent on setting as the TP5000 thermostat is doing the timing and the thermostat, ( switch on the onboard clock in top position ) also there has to be a connection box where both thermostat signals come together and a motor valve. This motor valve is opening the canal for each radiator circuit or both, but also sending the signal to the Gledhill to activate the heating pump ( also located on the Gledhill).

Thank you for the settings, downstairs now works a treat however upstairs has a mind of it's own. My investigations have led me to the Danfoss motorised valves where I've found the one with upstairs written on it has a rather "limp" on/auto switch, I'll order a new one and give it a go.

The 'limpness' of the lever indicates the valve is in the OPEN position. If the associated heating circuit is operating at the time you checked it, it ought to be 'limp'. If it is limp with that circuit turned OFF then it is either jammed in the OPEN position and could possibly be freed by removing the motor head and manually exercising the actuating spindle on the brass valve beneath, or, it is still energised by mains power which should not be present. In which case the fault lies elsewhere!

Thanks for the information, I've removed the Actuator and found the Brass valve very easy to turn. Looking elsewhere I removed the cover and notice that green LED "VD1" is constantly blinking is this correct?
