hi, ive had my pulsa coil A class for about 2 and a half years. it had been fitted in new when i bought my flat. last year i started experiencing problems and i had no hot water for weeks as no one that came to look at it understood the boiler. eventually this was fixed without any parts being changed. severall months later the hot water stopped working again, a plumber came round to fix it and changed the relay and relay base as it had burnt out, he also changed the immersian heater. the hot water then came back on for a couple of months, then a few days ago it stopped again, and the plumber came round and told me there was nothing more he could do! please please help as the people that have come round to look at it never seemed to be certain on what the problem is.

Sorry for my delay in replying.

Your Pulsacoil A Class is perfectly repairable. You just need someone who repairs boilers professionally, NOT an ordinary plumber!

I'll sort it out for you if you live within driving distance of Reading. Where are you?

Cheers, MIke
