Leak that went away that is now back!!!

Just after a bit of advice please. About this time last year we noticed some water leaking from our Pulsa Coil 2000 - from the underside of the unit. We tried to contact Gledhill who asked if we were still within our 'covered' time being as the unit was installed when the flat was new. It is 5 ish years old. We were outside of the covered time to get it repaired. Over the course of the next couple of days - the dripping/leaking stopped (miracle!). It has been 'dry' all year - until today when it appears to have started dripping again with avengance from the exact same spot! Having read your comments about needing to replace the whole thing and if the unit is leaking it generally means very bad news (i.e. beyond repair) - do you mean sourcing a brand new unit? Do you have any idea of price of such a unit or can we replace with something similar?

If the water is emerging from the seams at the bottom of the case this IS a leaking store and that means fitting a new unit. THey cost about £750 and Gledhill still make a simplified version, plus a short day's work for a plumber to fit it.
