Boilermate2000 Norfolk, HS38 question? Empty Boilermate2000 Norfolk, HS38 question?

Hi all!

Firstly I would like to say what a great forum this is and it's really helped me understand my Boilermate alot more!

I've been recommended to have a Hydroflow HS38 fitted

I not really sure where it should be fitted though?

1) on the cold mains at the bottom of the boilermate,

2) or at the cold feed in between the boilermate and the Cistern,

3) or the cold mains before it goes in the Cistern?

Any help would be gratefully apprieciated Thanks

On the cold supply before it enters the plate heat exchanger.

Is that the one at the bottom of the boilermate?

Look at the PHE.
It will be the pipe which enters the PHE at the bottom nearest to you.
Down load manual from Gledhill website if you have not got one.
If you have a manual, please read it and you will see the PHE.
You must familiarise yourself with your unit.
