systemate 2000 Empty systemate 2000

hi .the problem my cliant has is water running hot and cold. Ive been told it may be a sensor but which one? also where would I obtain part and a breif description of changing would be a help. thanks ultimate Steve

Hi Steve,

Yes the usual reason for this is DHW sensor failure. Can also be caused by water scale contamination of the heat exchanger.

You can get a sensor from here: http://www.segel.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=19_62_74

Obvious how to change it once you see the new one. Don't forget to turn the water and electricity OFF first!
