Does anyone know why hot water coming out the taps is almost boiling hot (steaming and the hot water tap is untouchable if water is ran for more than 30 seconds)

the boilermate which is around 10 years old says everything is in normal operating temperatures but this is not the water temperature I would expect to get.

Check fault codes.
Could be sensor/s problem.
Or pump
Or even the main board.
Check all functions of unit.
