Electramate 2000 breakdown

Hi Mike,

Thanks for creating this site. I have a problem with my electramate 2000 (not sure 9 or 12kW) - I would be grateful if you could give me some advise.
For the last 2 months I have noticed a delay in heating to come on, and also water to heat up. When I increase the temp., immediately the sound of system working is heard, but it takes a while for room heaters to heat up. At times midway through a shower, the water goes cold, need to wait for some time before it again starts giving hot water. Never noticed anything like this before. And from yestreday onwards there is a complete shutdown, no pressure is seen, no heating or hot water. I waited thinking it will start after sometime, but looks like it has shutdown. Any idea what could be the problem. Thanks
