System Frequently Losing Pressure

I try to help an elderly lady who has the misfortune to have an Electramate 2000 system running off and Economy 10 tariff. The system is forever losing pressure, and although she is covered by a Gledhill maintenance plan, it is not always possible for an engineer to provide her with a 24 hour response. So my question is could I re-pressurise the system when it falls to a low level and if so, how is it done?
