Pulsacoil 2000 pump continously running!

I wonder if any body can help me I have a pulsacoil 2000 and have replaced pump with correct grundfos pump but pump constantly runs have changed both phe and dhw sensor and PCB but pump continues to run and gets extremely hot, I'm having turn it off and just heat up and use water as and when i need it, please can somebody help me!!!

Is the XB004 pump?

Not just any Grundfos pump will do.

Sensor connection in their correct places?

Bled the pump when you fitted.

If not the pump drive PCB is faulty

Solved the problem found that the phe & dhw sensors earth wires was wired into where the phe sensor neutral wire was supposed to be and the neutral phe sensor wire was in where the earths should be!!. After wiring this in right the pcb was wrecked and didn't work so replaced board with a secondhand and it now works perfectly now.

This has been wired up wrong for 11 YEARS!!, no wonder I've had problems with it!

Never assume all is correct!
Had that lots of times.
More so with BM 2000 sensors.
Wired up wrong.
