Boilermate 2000 heating stops after a minute

Hi all,

I have moved into a 2002 home with a Boilermate 2000 controlled by a Hive thermostat. Whenever the thermostat is activated and is calling for heat, I can see the Store sensor reading increase to 60 degrees, the heating starts but then stops after about a minute at which point the temperature on the LED display starts dropping a couple of degrees, but the heating never seems to stay on.

I can see an error on the PHE return sensor when navigating through the LED menu, could this be the cause?

Hot water is working as expected throughout the house.

Any ideas why it keeps stopping would be appreciated.

I would sort out the faulty sensor and move on from there.
