Help with Diagnosing hot water issue Empty Help with Diagnosing hot water issue

Hi all,

I've recently had both pumps replaces on our Systemate 3 plus the little white box of tricks above the 3 way valve.

However... this morning there was no hot water, on investigating the input to the hot water pump there is not any voltage going to it when hot water is being requested by a hot water tap.

I measured the voltage for the central heating pump and that is happily at 230V and doing the trick.

The board on the boier is a single one with a LCD display panel top left with 2 buttons to the left of the LCD Display.

To my simple mind the pump isn't working, but that appears to be because it is not being told to do so by the control board - any advice on tracking this down?

Thanks in advance.
