Water softener with Boilermate 2 - yes or no
Hi All,
Just had a bathroom renovated and within weeks I have limescale appearing. Looking at a water softener to help with this issue, although I’m unsure if my Boilermate 2 would be compatible with this. Ive read that soft water in a heating system is a no no.
If that is correct is there a workaround that can be done so that a softener can be installed on the hot water circuit alone?
Many thanks for your advice in advance.
