Boilermate 2000 - engineer needed - Chelmsford area

Hello. we have intermittent firing of boiler which occurs once or twice a fortnight then resolves itself. From previous posts sounds like DHW pump (sic) and/or circuit board issues.

But when it refuses to kick in, no hot water or heating and need to use Switch etc which isnt ideal.

Just had boiler (Ideal Slim 360) serviced and is on max etc.

Anyone nice enough to post what signs i should be looking for on the BM 2000 before i call someone out to look at this, then it would be much appreciated.

1. 1st check
1. switched live from boilermate to gas boiler is continuous when is needed and shuts off when boilermate satisfied.
