No hot water- store not heating

Hi, Store not heating at all. There are no faults shown by flashing LED and fault light is off with green light on. Water store is full and the unit was modified last year to remove overheat trip. Immersion elements measure 18 ohms. Ran out of ideas. any suggestions would be greatly received.... Rgds, Ian.

DOH...!!! There are 2 small overheat trips on the thermostats (1 on each) pushed them in with a small screwdriver and..... Hey Presto...!!!!

Also please remember, as you have had your overheat stat removed, the green and red LED on the front of your panel will not tell you anything.
