Hi Mike,
I have a pulsacoil a class, and do not have E7.
There is a timer for the off peak which i normally have on for an hour before taking a shower, however the hot water does not last more than 7/8 minutes.
Is there something wrong or is one hour a day just simply insufficient to heat up the thermal store?
How long should it take to heat up the store then?
Thank You

You need to down load the user guide from gledhill's web site.
You have a thermal store.
If your car battery was dead flat and no charge would an hour on a normal charger fully charge it? No.
You really need to be heating your unit for at least 6 hours every night using off peak electric.
Remember when it has heated it will stop using electric.
If you want instant heat and pay as you use, then an electric shower would be your answer.
But the A class when used as it should be is very well insulated and will or should work well.
Giving you mains pressure hot water.
Far better than an electric shower.
