No hot water in the evening

Hello, I have just moved into a property which has a Gedhill Electramate 2000 and I am unsure how to use it as no one explained or showed me how it works. In the mornings the water is extremely hot for showers etc but in the evenings I have no hot water which is very annoying if I want to wash the dishes or have a bath. Can anyone give me advice so I will have hot water in the evenings? Many thanks!
