Hi, I have just heard the expansion tank topping up. This is unusual as i have had the Systemate for 7 years and never heard the tank top up... On checking, there is water dripping out at the bottom of the unit behind the cladding at the last pipe on the right side.
What to do ???

Sad to say.
But looks like your unit is leaking.
By all means get it checked out.
But sounds like a new unit required

HI

I'm afraid Mike is right. If you have water leaking from behind the metal sheeting then the unit has leakied internally and is terminal.
A replacement unit will be the only solution.

Check the section on Gledhill engineers at the begining of the forum for a qualified engineer to replace the unit for you.
