No heating and hot water too

Hi,
I recently moved ( on the 19th of December)into a property with a boilermate 2000 last sunday the boiler was making clunking noises and was not firing propeerly, a local plumber came out and decided it was a pump issue and so replaced the pump in the thermal store. To do so he switched the power off and when he turned the power back on half the green lights on the PCB were out. I am now still without hotwater and heating and when i ring people up- no one seems to have any suggestions. Does anyone here have any thoughts?

Well it would pay you to read the section on here about BM 2000's
Have you got a display on the main board?
At the top of the board there should be a display.
Also if you were to say what area you are.
Then somebody may offer their services.
