Boilermate 2000 ACB boiler pump supply constantly ON

Hi,

My Boilermate 2000 ACB dated 2003 recently died (processor not starting and all outputs on).
Purchased a new one (dated 2016 and software version same) from eBay and now fitted.

Problem I have is the boiler pump has a constant 230v supply even when the output is off, so boiler pump is running constantly. No error codes and ACB completes diagnostic with jumper 5 fitted.

Confident in my soldering skills if anyone can point me in the right area.

Appreciate I should have went to CTD but lesson learned.

Hi, did you ever find an answer to this?  My boilermate sometimes keeps the boiler pump on for hours after it's topped up the thermal store - running a hot tap for a few seconds cures it - the pump goes off a couple of minutes later - can't work out the cause so curious about yours

Hi. Think my problem is being caused by a faulty solid state relay or varistor.
Have been assured acb i purchased was new.
Anyway have resurrected old acb(faulty processor) by replacing the five capacitors.
