Hi, got the keys for the house yesterday. The heating and hot water werent working so i replaced the right hand side pump and the middle one. Heating is now working great. The hot water was going hot then turning cold, now its just not heating up at all. The pump has a feed but it does not spin when the hot tap is open.

The readings are: T1-73
T2-27
T3-15

Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot

Jamie

Hi
this is always difficult do analyse a problem via mail and give advice for repair without diagnostic, so best is to find a Gledhill specialist in your area. Most of Gledhill boiler require a good understanding of the unit, otherwise everyone would be a Gledhill specialist if every fault could be mended with little DIY.

Could it just be the DHW sensor? If so, is that the bottom or top sensor?

could be, also could be the PCB, if sensor problems, i would also advise to change both sensors, i also would check if the DHW Pump is getting voltage ,when the DHW tap is on. ( also sometimes try your cold water taps , may the plumbing is up site down connected?, sounds funny but happens if you new in the property)
