Pulsacoil 2000
hiya. Not come across this unit before, but have all the info on site.problem is the main Rcd to the off peak trips whenever its on.checked the elements and are both ok. hot wired the pump and thats fine. Only got 50 volts on the pump terminals. Led is flashing away. have checked or reset all overheat stats etc.Any idea. could it be the Pcb. appreciate any input guys

You have checked the heaters
Did you checked the flexes and any switches or spurs?
You could try swopping the flexes round.
Off peak to peak
And vice a versa.
How long does it take before the RCD trips out?
Have you checked the rod stats in the heaters.
Look for corrosion and water.
Sometime top heater leaks and drips on to bottom one.

yes have checked all them and all seems ok. Ther LED is blinking as if all is ok..We topped up the header tank ,but think the problem seemed to be the timer had a intermittent fault.The ol washing machine syndrome.Have replaced that and have not (fingers crossed) heard any further complaints.
just one thing when does the pump come into operation. pressure at the taps seems to be pretty good.Have not been able to get the pump to run apart from direct connection with a supply. to check if its ok.
