Intermittent hot water, esp shower - Engineer for Telford?

Hi all, the hot water from our Boilermate 2000 is intermittent and can especially be felt in the shower where it goes from hot to cold and back again a number of times. I guess it could be a number of things including thermostats, censors, heat exchanger etc.

We could do with someone who knows their Gledhill onions to take a look at our system. Does anyone know if there are any recommended engineers that cover Telford in Shropshire?

Is it the same for the bath?
If not it could be the shower faulty.

Thanks for your reply - Yes we're getting intermittant hot water in all showeres and taps so I assume it's the boilermate that is at fault.

I can't find anyone yet that covers Shropshire so I called gledhill-response. The price tag is a bit hefty at £340 but that covers the callout, any parts plus a warranty on the system for a year.

Any thoughts on this - or things I should say or ask if I decide to go aghead with the gledhill-response service?

If you can't find any one good.
Try Google/
Then Gledhill is your only choice.
Years break down around £100.
But BM 2000's can be dear to repair.
The PCB's are around £200.
