A Class Boilermate ov Fault code 31 Empty A Class Boilermate ov Fault code 31

hi i have a problem with my boilermate A class I have managed to find a fault code but after endless searching the web cannot find any details surrounding this

On the LED display against both C0 and c0 i have a fault code 31 has anyone got any ideas of what this is for and how to rectify the problem
