A Class boiler mate hpdem fault

Hi,

Since a power cut my boilermate hp has 'ASHP offline' across the panel and I have no hot water unless i switch it too 'switch' mode for back up. The reset button does not seem to work.

Any help as i'm aware the panel should only read "boiler mate-hp-dem"

Any advice much appreciated.

Try switching unit off for awhile.
Then back on. May re boot.
Then try going through the commissioning process of;
When the unit was installed.
And if fitting a new board.
But it could be that the board has failed, due to the power cut, power surge, power spike etc.
If so, you may be covered on your house insurance.
