Constant running pump and iregular hot water supply
Hi pulsacoil "fans"
I have a pulsacoil III that is having some problems.
The way I see it I manifests though two problems:
The hot water circulation pump is often running even if no one is using hot water, and when it running it is doing it in
a kind of pulsing manner, as I understand it it is not supposed to do that.
Secondarily when we use the hot water we can only get hot water for around 5-10 minutes, then it get cold, when this occurs
I have observed that the circulation pump is running and the heat exchanger is gradually getting colder.
If we wait half an hour or so we have hot water again.
Any suggestions on what could be causing this and recommendations on a professional in the London Lambeth area who could
fix that for a reasonable price.
Thanks for your answers
Kristian

Check the water level as well.
Hi Kristian,
I would also check the water level in the header tank. I would also recommend you request a free self check Pulsacoil mini guide which will go over basic faults. The link is below:
