Hello Mike,
May I first say thanks a lot for all the info on your website - it's a great public service!
My PulsaCoil III gives only enough hot water for 1 shower, even after it's been on for hours. I'm getting two flashes per second on the circuit board, but no other lights. Your website recommends renewing both thermisters, so (a) where do I get new ones and what do I ask for, and (b) how do I fit them?

If you look in the manual, you will see a parts list.
If no manual, look on here. Link for free manuals.
Also look on here for where to buy parts.
Is you unit hot?
It needs to be to get hot water.
You need to make further checks before buying parts.
And give more information too.
Could be looking at the heater/s.
Pump, mixer valve, plate heat exchanger and PCB etc.
Could be the sensors.
