Gurgling noises, little hot water - Looking for a Boliermate engineer Norwich area

Hi,
I am new to the forum and have a problem with my Boilermate 2.

I have had to turn down the thermostat on the boiler in garage (used to be on 6 - max) in order to stop loud gurgling/ bubbling noises within the system. If I turn it down to 3, it seems to stop the gurgling noises but we now have very little hot water for a bath.
Central heating seems unaffected.

Can anyone help? or Can anyone recommend an engineer in the Norwich area??

It could be you have a blocked cold feed. Hence the unit is short of water.
Could be the boiler pump on the BM II
If the unit is NOT full of water that could affect the supply or quantity of hot water.
Or the hot water could be a separate issue. Where the internal hot water coil needs de scaling and or a new blending / mixer valve.
