no hot water or heating

We have no hot water or heating . But did see that the central heating pump was not on , replaced the pump but will not come on (comes on for a second or two on start up with the 3 lights on the panel but then pump light goes out )

The H tep what ever that is doesn't go over 30° any Ideas i have replaced all three sensors a few months ago . There wouldn't be a airlock. any ideas?

The CH pump does not run because the store is cold in your boilermate (there is an interlock to stop it). The store is probably cold because the boiler downstairs has packed up. Have a look at it.

First thing to test for is a signal from the boilermate to the boiler asking it to light.... Are you an electrical testy sort of person?!
