Anothere hot then cold hot then cold water problem

I did some research online and used the manual to try and find what the problem was. So this is what i have found:
1. The PSC LED seems to flash like a heartbeat indicating that everything is OK when no taps on.
2. When i turn on the hot water tap in the bathroom the LED changes briefly to one flash, which indicates T2 sensor faulty.
3. After less than a minute with the hot water tap still on the LED returns to the heart beat pattern.
4. When the hot water is turned off the single flash appears briefly then again returns to the heartbeat pattern.

So my conclusion is that T2 sensor is faulty but i wanted conformation from experts. Also is this something i could replace? I am an electronic engineer and have experience with circuit boards etc but i dont have any experience with heating systems. Are these easily sourced online and does anyone know a good website to get spares.

It does sound like a sensor problem but I would check the pump is spinning. You can buy spares on link via this link: Gledhill Pulsacoil 2000 Spares
