boilermate 2000 turned off on thermostat and overide on time clock to off but it still keeps firing up???

Also can anyone recomend a service engineer in the Doncaster, South Yorkshire Area?

You have a thermal store.
The time clock and stat works the heating only.
If you need / want hot water sounds ok.
