Boiler mate 2, boiler not firing Empty Boiler mate 2, boiler not firing

Hi
I have been called to look at a boilermate 2 and the boiler is not firing. There is nothing on the switch live to the boiler from the boiler mate, the green neon is off too.
I have taken the front case off and found that the Pump delay timer pcb is very hot and has left a scorch mark of sorts on the inner casing.
Is this likley to be the reason the boiler is not firing( no switch live voltage)? Any help or advice would be great.

Well to check the boiler is ok.
Attach a temporary supply to it.
Yes the PCB board is most likely the problem.
Have you checked for a boiler switched live etc at the BM II
