Boilermate 2 Not filling
Hi All,
I have just changed 2 radiators on my system. I drained the system off changed the radiators and then expected the system to fill and return to its normal state. But, after a couple of hours and bleeding all rads the system does not seem to be filling. All TRV's are set to the highest level, header tank is full, but nothing more. I have also attached a garden hose to a ground floor radiator to try to force the system to use the pressure to get things moving, all ground floor rads are now full and bled accordingly but still nothing. When I switch the pumps back on they just seem to be pumping nothing as you would expect when theres nothing to pump. Any help or advice is really appreciated!
Thanks in advance, PR

Re: Boilermate 2 Not filling
Sounds like cold feed on header tank blocked.
Or internal cold feed pipe in the unit.
Check tank
Remove and check if required.
Check unit cold feed and clear if possible.
If you can not.
Then run in new cold feed from header tank to the doc at the bottom of the unit.
Will have to modify the connection to accept the cold feed and still maintain the doc too.
