Boilermate 2000 Hot Water but No Central Heating

I have hot water but no central heating - I have checked the time clock, room thermostat and pump as you advised another postee and all appear to be working. Could it be the circuit board?

Yes it could! Seems likely too - there isn't much else left for it to be.
