How Do I Change Heat Plate Exchanger

Hi Mike,

How do I change my heat plate exchanger? Existing one been on for over 4 years and need to change it for new one.
I get very little hot water and have done all the things suggested on previous posts, so purchased a new heat plate exchanger.

Are they easy to fit, and is it something I could attempt myself?

Pulsacoil A class?
If so.
Turn off both pump valves.
Turn off cold main / stopcock.
Open taps.
Place container under PHE
Undo nuts and let water trickle out.
Fit PHE inc new PHE washers.
Bit of plumbers grease or silicone grease will help prevent them from twisting etc.
Do not over tighten.

It is a Boliermate A-Class OV.
Is it the the same procedure as a pulsacoil?

You will see a pump valve above the pump.
And I am pretty sure there is one and the bottom.
Should not be hard to work out.
