No hot water

Hello , we have not had hot water for a long time called engineer he changed new circuit board still no hot water, cheked the pump pump is ok, he confirmed elements are ok still no hot water. could you please advice on what to do next.

If the unit is heating up but you are getting no not water, this is probably sensor failure.

Or do you mean no water at all out of the hot taps when you say 'no hot water'? If so then this is scale in the heat exchanger and you need a new one.

Where abouts are you? Pulsacoils are generally quite easy to fix.

Thanks for the reply to the previous mail , the water is not working in all the taps and the shower area in the flat. as you have suggested the heat exchanger which may be faulty if that is the case could you please give us a qoute on the prices you charge to replace it and to come. we are based in north finchley please do give me your contact number so i can caontact you.
