Hot water but no heating

Hi, I have hot water but no heating ,I have checked heating pump And no power is being sent to it ,also the 3 green LEDs are lit most of the time and when I try and cycle through the led display of error codes all I get is one temperature reading and on the next button press the 3 green LEDs light up and the cycle stops there ?
