Boilermate 2000 Boiler Pump runs continuously (all day) even after all LEDs have switched OFF
Hello,
Our Boilermate 2000 Boiler Pump runs continuously (all day) even after all LEDs have switched OFF.
240 volts on the terminals from the PCB that power to boiler pump.
Hot water and heating work well and LEDs and 7seg display all work as per the Installation / Commissioning guide.
No faults from SW1 and SW2 testing - nice 72oC, 50oC and 62oC temperatures (I think from memory).
Any ideas? Has a relay blown in the ON position? Is that possible? Or a Capacitor died causing a relay to be always ON?
Best regards
Simon

Sorry thought it was heating pump, no boiler circulation pump.
Boiler pump is running, yes all the time.
Boiler, off as should be the boiler pump
Unit hot, the motor on the pump is hot as it is circulating the hot water from the core round to the boiler and back.
Boiler set on max, always.
I took my PCB board out (very easy actually to pull off the orange connectors) and drove to the lovely people at CET in Watford.
They replaced my board with a reconditioned one for much less than the £250 you see on eBay for a new one.
CET replaced the big rectangular capacitors, a small round one and a small black chip that is a solid state relay controlling the boiler pump.
Touch wood it has been working since. Will keep you all informed.
