DHW Blender Valve Temperatures

What should the inlet and outlet temperatures be from the blender valve please on the DHW circuit?

Currently the continuing saga of cool hot water continues and am wondering if the blender valve is the culprit.

Temp of inlet to PHE on store side 60 deg C

Inlet temp from PHE to blender valve is 55 deg C

Outlet to hot water taps 37 deg C (too cold for a nice hot shower)

Inlet pipe from cold feed approx 12 deg C

Blender valve is adjustable.

The unit temp will / should be as stated in the manual.
