No Hot Water

Hello,
Please help with the following issue, unit has worked fine for years until now.
No hot water, pump on the plate heat exchanger constantly runs, unless I isolate the electrics and turn back on, Boiler fires but constantly locks out on it's overheat stat.
Boiler set on high and Boiler has been checked and passed working fine.
Hot water obtained if heating put on, heating works fine.

Check fault codes on ACB
Chances are senor problem
But does look like ACB might have failed.
