Pulsacoil aclass burnt relay

Advice please
I've been. To a client's property and they have a class
Issue was no hot water
Opened checked burnt melted relay

Changed in June
Worked perfectly fine
How it's melted again
What do I need to change ?

You can get a modification relay kit for the A class
It comes with written instructions and pictures.
Just take you time when fitting

Should not have to.
But check the heaters.
They leak at the rod stat pocket.
Check they are around 19 ohms
