Boilermate 2000 - Hot Water but NO HEATING Empty Boilermate 2000 - Hot Water but NO HEATING

Hi
I have a BoilerMate 2000 and lots of hot water but NO HEATING.
There are three light on the circuit board and no errors on the display. The boiler is up at max. I can turn the wall mounted thermostat up all-the-way but nothing happens.
The pipe going into the heating pump is very hot and so is the pump but the out pipe is cold. I have removed the Grundfos pump front screw and checked that the pump is able to turn OK.
I suspect the pump or its thermostat might be defective but this is not my area.
Can someone shine a light on this?
Thanks.

With heating on
Clock and room stat/
Remove middle pump BIG screw and gently put your finger / nail in there.

See if it is moving if it is it could still be pump problem (impeller)

Check pump valves are on

Check pump has a supply 230 ish volts

Hi Mike

Thank you for your reply.

Does the middle Heating pump turn (come on) even when the Boilermate core temperature is cold or does it have to get to a "certain" temperature?

At the moment, the pipe going into the pump is very hot, the pump is very hot and the pipe out of the pump is cold. I will need to turn the system off to let it cool down before trying out your suggestion however I am more that happy to try.

Thanks.

Hi Mike

You are a genious!
The pump seemed to be moving freely when I moved it with a screwdriver but not with the water presure. After a few turns with the screwdriver it started to spin.
Thanks for your help. Its greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
