A class central heating intermitant

Hello, new to the forum, first post, electrician/ programmer 45years.
Been looking at daughters CH problem. Boilermate 'A' class ABA4200, intermittent heating pump.
Recorded all settings and codes.
Setpoints as per manual, all codes FF  except the following
LOCKOUT C1= 1
BLOCKOUT c1= 29
BLOCKOUT c2= 29
V1.3 and V1.4 are on but H2.2 ch pump comes on and off spuriously.
The following temperatures and setpoints were recorded
S1 56
S2 57
S3 36
S4 55
S5 53
S6 58
S7 86
SETPOINTS
S1 68
S2 77
S3 35
S4 55
S5 60
S6 70
S7
I would be obliged if anyone can verify these codes and point in the right direction

First thing to check
Is the boiler on MAX
As heating will not work if the store drops below 60c
