Heating Bypass Valve leaking Empty Heating Bypass Valve leaking

Hello, looks like the bypass valve on my heating circuit is leaking I touched the knob on it and a some water came out but then stopped after a day, only a small amount.

The valve is boiling hot on inlet and outlet pipes should this be the case?
