Hello,
I found recently that water temperature is rather warm (not hot as used to be).
I did inspection and:
- the fault light isn’t flashing
- there is water in the tank
- I removed cover of the unit and did S2 check, All C0, - CF, and c0 - CF show FF except c1 showing 29.
- top pipe is not hot...

any idea? I went through manual but I can't find c1- 29.

Best

Hi Johnny,

Is the cylinder properly hot?

Does the BOOST button work? The red LED should illuminate when you press the BOOST button if the cylinder is not up to temperature. If the light comes ON, do you get hot water if you leave the BOOST on for an hour?

I'm puzzled by the button press results you are getting. You should be getting temperature values for S2 not things like FF.

BOOST does work, and it does heat water.

You are right, button press results show temperatures, and then C (capital C from 0 to F) with FF, and c (also from c0 to cF) but c1 with error 29, not listed in manual.
