Not much hot water on Pulsacoil

Hello, would appreciate some steer.
Have had a Pulsacoil working OK since 2007. It had a fix done around 2010 for common fault (defective relay?).
Recently the water isn't getting as hot as it used to. Checked the water level, seems OK. The boost lights up when pressing the button during the day, there's a little bit of hot water in the morning but not much.
Any thoughts?

Heater gone

Sounds like it might be one of the heaters that has gone or issues with the thermostats in the heaters!
