Pulsacoil III - no hot water, water level light off
Hi there,
first off I need to let you know I'm not very clued up on how any of this works, I'm just a girl who works in a clothes shop who moved out of home last week so explanations for dummies definitely needed please!
We have a Pulsacoil III in the flat - 2 switches, one labelled heatwise and the other 24hour. I'm guessing the latter is the Boost switch. We've had the heatwise switch on permanently but I've found that I can only get about one sink full of hot water in the morning For the washing up before the hot water turns lukewarm and then cold. The hot water we do get in the morning isn't even very hot. We have no shower, just a bath, I've only been able to have lukewarm baths so far.
I finally went crazy today and wanted a proper hot bath, so I switched on the boost for an hour to see if it would help but the water is still just tepid. The pipes coming out of the boiler are not hot. I won't be using the boost again. Anyway, I went to look at the boiler - the green water level light is out, but the Overheat light is on.
Not sure what this means, please help (as I said I need things to be kept relatively simple as I'm not that bright, I'm hoping I won't have to make any expensive calls or call outs as we don't have a lot of money)
thanks in advance

Re: Pulsacoil III - no hot water, water level light off
Update - got up this morning, the heatwise was on. So it was meant to heat up overnight but clearly it didn't, we have no hot water and both lights are out.
