BM2000 pulsing/ buzzing

Hi, I'm after a bit of help please.

Noticed during the night that the boilermate was making a pulsing sound, so this morning i switched it off at the mains to try and reset it but it continued after switching back on.
I got a wash, hot water was working then noticed the radiator at the bottom of the stairs was warm (not hot) even though the thermostat (hive) wouldn't be calling for heat.
Any one with an idea on the possible cause, pcb was replaced with the updated one about 5-6 years ago.

Might be time for another PCB or a repair.  The heating coming on randomly is a classic symptom.  You can run some checks using the sw1 and sw2 buttons this video shows how to do this.    I can supply reconditioned PCBs or repair yours just get in touch.  Regards Murray
