resetting a pulsacoil 3 Empty resetting a pulsacoil 3

Post  glynev Tue Sep 08, 2009 5:58 am

I have a pulsacoil 3 in a flat which is not producing hot water.

None of the lights are currently on, My electrician has tested power to the main board which is fine but there is no power at the top end of the board.

The fuse on the main board is fine and the red LED is flashing.

I have been told to try resetting the boiler but can't see where to do it.

Any suggestions anyone?

Now sorted, call the Gledhil help line and they talked me through topping up the water in the top part of the tank which then kicked things into shape.

resetting a pulsacoil 3 Empty Overheat stat

There is a brown button that is called the overheat stat, I am guessing this is what you mean. I would recommend you request the Pulsacoil 3 manual via this link: Pulsacoil 3 Manual

It will show you what I mean
