can i ajust the hot water temp on my 2000 plse ?
Hi The temp of the hot water in the shower has dropped by a few deg [ or so it seems ]
since we have moved into the new house,it is 2 yrs old .Is there any ajustment to raise
the temp of the domestic water temp please ?

Hi Iain,
No there is no adjustment available. The usual complaint is that the water is too HOT!
Low tap water temp indicates the following, in order of likelihood:
1) Scale contamination of the heat exchanger
2) CH boiler control not set to MAX temperature
3) DHW sensor failure
The progressive nature of the problem strongly indicates 1). Either fit new one (best) or get it descaled.

remember that your incoming mains supply will be considerably colder this time of year so it needs to be held back in the plate heat exchanger just a few seconds longer to gain those extra couple of degrees, the pump will compensate for this
try just slowing down you hot tap or shower to see if it makes a difference.
