PulsaCoil A-Class - very hot
Hi,
We have recently moved into a rented flat and found that our PulsaCoil A-Class may be giving off large amounts of excess heat from the cupboard. We don't use excessive amounts of hot water, but the thermal store seems to be consistently very hot and making the flat a little hotter in the mean time.
Basically can some confirm if the PulsaCoil A-Class should be very hot to touch all day 24/7?
Thanks
Chris.

Chris,
They are usually warm to the touch all the time, but I wouldn't use the adjective 'hot'.
Set against that there is nothing I can imagine that can go wrong with an A Class that would lead to excessive case temperature. The store inside is extremely well insulated and overheating would result in steam issuing from the open vent. I'm wondering if there is an electrical fault leading to an item in the control gear overheating. One of the power relays perhaps. I think you need to get someone in to check it.
